Small steps.
Few tips on making your life better. Right now I'm just collecting my notes on this topic from different places, but I'll expand it a little bit later.
- Small consistent steps
- Clear tasks with defined time marks
- Time will smooth out edges eventually
- Use some "rituals"; find your favourite environment
- Find someone or smth that inspires you, use it as behavioural compass
- Real life is more inportant than everything else
- Produce more than you consume
- Be bored AF, it clears mind and you start doing stuff
